- 4 salmon fillets atlantic 5 oz each
- 1 1 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 8 teaspoon cumin
- 1 8 cayenne pepper to taste
- 1 4 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 4 teaspoon salt
- 1 4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon
The Instruction of easy cajun baked salmon
- preheat the oven to 400u00b0 f
- line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- rinse the salmon filets under cool water gently pat them dry with paper towels then place on the baking sheet skin side down
- place the butter in a small microwave safe bowl microwave on high for 20 seconds or until melted
- place all the spices sugar salt and pepper in the bowl with the butter stir with a fork until a thick paste forms
