  • 2 tablespoons cornflour
  • 1 half cups water
  • 1 tablespoon massel chook style stock powder
  • salt and pepper to flavor
  • 200g snow peas washed

  • ufefffry onion in oil over medium warmth after one minute add the sugar continue till onion is soft stirring constantly
  • add bird and cook dinner for 10min stirring once in a while
  • add tomato paste stir cook for another 3 minutes
  • combine cornflour with 1 cup water then pour over food stirring continuously
  • add vegeta inventory salt and pepper to flavor
  • add snow peas and half cup water if wished relies upon on how runny you want the sauce cook for any other 10mins
  • serve over pasta or rice
